A monitored tenant is a cloud tenant, such as a Microsoft 365 tenant, whose communications a connector reads. Public sources such as the roadmap, release plans, Azure Updates and blogs need no tenant and do not count.
AI assessments
Every plan includes a yearly allowance; the size per plan is set before launch. One assessment is one full impact assessment of one communication or update, across all perspectives you have switched on.

Choose overage instead: assessments beyond the allowance are billed at € 120 per 1,000, up to a yearly cap you set.
The default is to stop and ask, so there are never surprise costs.
Always in control
Warnings at 80% and 100% of the allowance. Users can ask their admins for more, and admins can skip minor updates to save assessments.

Pricing questions
01/Is there a free trial?
Not at the moment. Schedule a demo instead: we walk you through connectors, assessments and briefings with real public communications and answer your questions.
02/How do we pay?
Monthly by invoice for a 12-month term, with purchase order number and VAT ID if you need them. Purchase through Microsoft Marketplace on your Azure bill is planned. We do not take card payments.
03/Can we change plans?
Yes, in the admin center. Upgrades apply at once and are billed pro rata. Downgrades take effect at renewal, provided your monitored tenants fit the smaller plan.
04/What happens when the AI allowance is used up?
By default, assessments stop and new items wait, while routing and tasks carry on. You can buy an add-on pack at any time or switch to overage billing with a cap.
05/Are prices per user?
No. Everyone in your organization who needs the information can have access. Plans count monitored tenants and AI assessments only.
