Every change assessed and in the right hands.
AI impact assessment for everything Microsoft and your other providers announce, so every team gets what it needs to decide and act.
See how it worksFrom announcement to decision, without the reading
Getting announcements into a task system is the easy part. Communications Hub works out what each change means for your organization, who has to act and what they have to do, so small teams keep up.
Checked against your rules
Each change is cross-checked against the regulations you select (GDPR, BDSG, BetrVG, NIS2, EU AI Act, DORA to start) and the policies and works agreements you upload.
One answer per team
Recommendations for the works council, data protection, security, compliance, IT operations and end-user communication. Add your own perspectives.
Every finding cites its source
The regulation paragraph, the policy section and the passage of the announcement. Reviewers confirm, adjust or reject each finding. The assessment supports your experts; it is not legal advice.
Approvals start early
The works council and data protection see a change the day it is announced, with the finding and its source attached, not when the rollout begins.
Triage first, then act
Items land in Azure DevOps as the review stage and are sorted into no action, later or act now. Only what needs action moves on, so nobody drowns in tickets.
A task per team, a card per channel
Child tasks for each team that has to act, adaptive cards in the right Teams channel, and Service Bus or HTTP for Power Automate, Logic Apps and anything else. Updates from Microsoft flow through.
Your technical update briefing
Turn a week or a month of assessed changes into a slide-ready briefing: what to decide now, what to plan, what to tell users. Exported to PowerPoint. At launch
A briefing per audience
Leadership, the works council meeting, the change advisory board, IT and service owners each get the part that matters to them.
Delivered automatically
Generated every week or month and sent to the right people, ready for review. Coming
Sources out of the box
Microsoft 365 Message Center, the Microsoft AI at Work roadmap, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform release plans, Azure Updates, and RSS or blog feeds. At launch Service health and other clouds follow. Next
Your own signals too
Send alerts from your monitoring or any system over HTTP or Service Bus. They get the same routing, assessment and tasks.
Configured, not coded
Start from a template, add credentials and the tenant, done. Everything the admin center does is also available through a REST API.
Your data, your region
Data is stored in Germany or the EU, as you choose. AI assessment runs in the Microsoft EU data zone (EU and EFTA countries) for every customer.
Isolated and access-controlled
Every customer gets its own database, key vault, storage and search indexes. Admins decide per connector which Entra ID users and groups see its data.
We do not read your data
Our operators see only general instance data and provisioning status. Every configuration change is audited. Dedicated deployments in your own Azure subscription are available.
Built for everyone who acts on a change
Not only for IT pros. Each team gets its part, in the tools it already uses.
Works council
Early, unprompted notice of changes that may affect employee monitoring or existing works agreements.

Good to know
01/It is about assessment, not just tickets
Routing is part of it, but the core is the AI impact assessment: what a change means for your regulations, policies and works agreements, which team has to act and what to do, with every finding citing its source.
02/Your data stays in Germany or the EU
Your data is stored in the region you choose. AI assessment runs in the Microsoft EU data zone, which covers EU and EFTA countries. Microsoft may retain content flagged by its abuse monitoring and have it reviewed within the EEA. We do not promise processing only in Germany.
03/The AI prepares decisions, people make them
Assessments cite every source and can be confirmed, corrected or rejected, and corrections improve later assessments. They are not legal advice.
04/No tenant is needed to start
Public sources such as the roadmap, release plans, Azure Updates and blogs need no tenant. Message Center needs one, connected with admin consent.
05/It works with the tools you already use
Azure DevOps for tasks and Microsoft Teams for notifications at launch. Service Bus and HTTP connect Power Automate, Logic Apps and anything else. ServiceNow, Jira and TOPdesk follow.
06/Service Health Hub customers can move
Communications Hub is a new, independently built product. An import tool that brings settings and communications across is planned right after the first release.
